What we need from you to start the work:
Approval Email to the quote
Images and text for the pages
50% payment of the project.
After getting the approval we start the work on our server and will give you link to view the status of the project.  Once it’s completely done as per the client’s satisfaction, it will be moved on to the client’s server or will zip the files and send to you through Email.

Technologies:
HTML, DHTML, ASP, VBScript, JavaScript & Macromedia Flash, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL-Server as Database.

Who owns the Source Code?
The client will own the source code. We will send all the files related to the project once the project is completed.

Errors and Debugging:
We will fix errors, if there are any in the code or site for free for 3 months.

Communication during the development:
You can communicate with me through chat, mail or phone etc.  We will also work during your time to give you update and to take comments.

Clients Comments:
During the development of the website, the client’s comments are needed.  First we develop a rough template and show it to client for comments.  Based on comments the template will be revised and done as per client’s satisfaction.  Once client approves the template then work time will start.  More than two changes on approved templates will be charged separately.  On the functionality, the client can see it on our server and give comments or suggestions if any from time to time.

Completion time:
After getting the project details we will give quote which will be pages and completion time.  If the client delays in giving the images, text for site or ftp access then we will not be responsible for delay.

Payment method:
Payment can be made either DD/Cheque, Cash.  (Note: Cash method applicable only for the Delhi’s client)
